Description

Hi. A few weeks ago I restarted my Keybase account because I lost the papers and my phone. After restarting it and adding devices again, I had lost the airdrop and had a message from spacedrop that says what is in the photo. Does it mean that I will not receive the next airdrop? If so, can I delete the account and create a new one to join the airdrop? Or what does that message mean?
