Unable to join airdrop, dialog changes from qualified to not qualified

Description
When I go to check if I am qualified to join the airdrop, it tells me that I am qualified:
Unfortunately, when I click the button it then changes to say that I am not qualified.
Is there some way I can fix this? Thanks!
