Description
When i command+q my keybase app i want to actually quit it, but it always leaves the icon in the menubar. I'd like a way to not have keybase live in my menubar, i want it only to be open when im actually using it.
I can go and quit the menubar icon explicitly but i'd rather just have it never show up in the first place

Research direction
Start by locating the macOS menubar implementation and the path triggered by Command-Q. Confirm how the app currently exits and identify the smallest user-facing setting or behavior change that prevents the icon from appearing; done means Command-Q can quit without leaving the menubar icon, while explicit menubar quitting still works.
