I also did not receive XLM, I registered on September 10th. I asked a question twice, so no one answered me, didn’t I get XLM on November 15 ?? My Keybase username: bitref.

And forgot to say, I checked my account on three points, to receive XLM on December 15, in one of the paragraphs they asked to add a phone number in the account. I already have a phone number in my account, what other phone do I need?
