Research direction
Start by reproducing the permission failure in the Keybase app and terminal after switching back to the personal account, using the reported /keybase/private/jgcrossman2/ path and keybase status output. Use log id 0e16b0e79edafc45aa889b1c when investigating; done means private files are accessible again from both entry points.
