deleting chat channel that team git repo is configured to push notifications to breaks git UI

Logs submitted. When I deleted a team chat that was configured as the destination of git notifications it breaks the git interface and fails to load the repo.

CLI throws errors about “no convs found with conv ID”

Use the submitted logs as the starting point, then trace the git UI and CLI paths involved when a notification destination chat has been deleted. Reproduce the failure with a deleted team chat and verify that the repository loads normally and the CLI no longer reports “no convs found with conv ID”.
