Description
Why is keybase not in F-droid archives? Or in an repository which can be added by the user to the F-droid app. Like your Debian Repo.
PlayStore sucks and most PlayStore users have no idea about GPG & Git. The potential of this app is not noticed in the Play store. :-(
When the Stellar Airdrobs are over, many will uninstall this app from the Playstore.

Research direction
Start by investigating whether the Android app can be published in F-Droid archives or through a user-addable repository. Done would mean a documented, supported F-Droid distribution path; the issue does not name files, tests, or entry points.
