Android factory reset, now i can't access account

Unexpectedly my phone was factory reset, my paper keys disappeared from Google Drive, my storage expansion expired and Google decided i didn't need anything in my drive. The phone i set up my account with is the one i am still currently using, but it still tells me i need to verify it with the phone i set it up with, thinking the id change with the factory reset is the culprit. With the account reset being disabled i cannot access my account. What can i do or who can i speak with to fix this, i have access to every account that had been verified on account.
