My computer had a issue of connectivity of internet and I had to restaure my computer and the program keybase uninstall and now dont know how connect because I connect with my account and I can not enter my question is how enter to the application from my computer because I have keybase in my cellphone my question is
the xlm can still arrive if a keybase is not connected to a computer because on my cell phone if I have a keybase
