Can't restore my keybase account

I can sign in and it shows my profile and followed by/following but no conversations or teams except one I created and even team I am admin on not visible. I was instructed to uninstall keybase at a protest last phone should end up in the hands of the authorities, bad advice I guess. What can be done to restore the account?
