Keybase-fs hangs after touching the wrong files

I believe that what I did is the following:
1. `cd /keybase/public`
2. `touch asdf foo`
3. `cd /keybase/public/sethwolfwood,someoneelse`

This command will hang until I `C-c` it. If I try to open a folder from the keybase GUI, the gui closes and nothing happens.

`ls` also throws an error: `ls: cannot access sethwolfwood: Input/output error`
