Error Code 218

Keybase GUI Version: 4.5.0-20190919040131+93e889ab01

I keep receiving an error code: 218 every time I update files on keybase. The error displays the following message:

Start with the GUI call to simpleFSSyncStatus shown in desktop/dist/main.bundle.js and investigate why it reports that the KBFS client is missing during file updates. Reproduce the Error 218 condition on the reported Keybase GUI version; done means file updates no longer produce this error when Keybase services are running.
