Description
I was trying to block a user who was being a dick; that's what one usually does with a troll. However, the UI behaved strangely.
This is before I attempted to block the person. I can click on it, but it does nothing at all, the window redraws itself but that's about it.
However, in other cases, it gives me the option to Block someone and the warning about they may be able to find out I blocked them.
