Receiving spam in chat... (Feature Request)

Now that there is (crypto) money involved, spam and abuse show up :-(

Can you please consider functionality to
- block users (maybe even report them, or put an expiring negative statement on their sigchain)
- limit the users that may send me messages (mimimum friends, minimum proofs, max negative statements on their sigchain ...)
