Description
Keybase GUI Version: 4.4.1-20190909145404+b5f8897c2a
Accidentally told Keybase it can auto-update.... worst FKING idea ever. Now it randomly steals focus while I'm working to update and re-launch. Hey look. There's no option to turn off auto-update.. or to stop the "you should update" notices. What stupid decision making brought you to this point? This should all be background processes, or wait til I focus the app to apply the update, like every other electron app ever made (or chrome, firefox, etc.).

Research direction
No file or test is named; begin by locating the Electron auto-update and relaunch flow and reproducing the focus-stealing behavior. Done means updates no longer take focus while another app is active, or they wait until Keybase is focused, with coverage for the chosen behavior.
