Description

I would like to stay up-to-date on "what's new" from an end-user perspective, and I think the following would make it easier for me to do that:

  • A new "What's new" or "Release notes" tab in the gui
  • A new command "whatsnew" or similar in the command line client showing the same

I think the current release notes on github are pretty good for this, so you could just use them as-is?

Research direction

Start by locating the GUI navigation and command registration for the Keybase clients, then inspect how the current GitHub release notes can be accessed. Done means users can view the same release notes through a new GUI tab and a corresponding command-line command.
