Description

A Synology NAS is essentially a Linux system except that one must use cross-compiling techniques to build executables for it (https://www.synology.com/en-us/support/developer)

Alternatively, the ownCloud system (which can be made to run on a Synology box) might be
a reasonable system to target for building a 'home-cloud' Keybase client.

Would the local storage on a home NAS be beneficial to a Keybase user?
Perhaps a namespace extension 'https://keybase.io/mwnorman/local' could
reference local storage?

Research direction

No file, test, or entry point is named. Start by determining whether Synology cross-compilation or an ownCloud-based home-cloud client is the intended direction, then define the local-storage or namespace behavior that would count as a complete implementation.
