Description
Hey guys,
I have Keybase for Windows x64 installed. It's set to not launch on startup, however, I've found that even with it not running, there are background tasks that are running related to Keybase. Is there a way to disable these so that I can _only_ run Keybase when I launch it?
It's using around 200MB of memory just doing nothing....

Research direction
Reproduce the report on a Windows x64 installation with startup launch disabled, then identify which Keybase background tasks remain active. Check the idle memory usage and determine whether those tasks can be disabled without preventing an intentional Keybase launch. Done means Keybase is not running in the background when closed and idle memory use is substantially reduced.
