Research direction

Use the reported Keybase GUI version and the “server rejected session is your device revoked” and “Bad_session/ failure in verify PDPKA5” messages as the starting context. Trace the login and session-verification entry points, then establish whether the reported failure can still be reproduced. Done means the cause and expected resolution are documented and the affected login path no longer exhibits the reported failure.
