Description
I have two Ubuntu boxes (16.04), one at home and the other at work. I installed keybase on one of them and added the device to keybase. I installed on the other and ran keybase (run_keybase). It showed a screen where I could log in but I could go further. It showed the first computer name (see keybase-screen-1.png) and that was the only link I could click on the page. When I clicked it, it displayed a screen (see keybase-screen-2.png) where I could enter a new device name. I entered a device name for the second computer and clicked "Continue". It then displayed another screen (keybase-screen-3.png). It asked me to go to the first computer (slee-x-1) and then add a new device. Can I add a new computer only on the first computer? I don't know what to do.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the device-setup flow on Ubuntu 16.04 using run_keybase and review the three attached screenshots. Trace the Linux app's device-add flow to determine whether the second computer can proceed locally or requires action on the first computer. Done means the flow is clarified or corrected so the user can complete setup without being blocked.
