Description

First. I want to say "follow" isn't a great term on keybase. There isn't anything to follow. When I "follow" someone. I sign is identity. We could say I certify or trust that this person is who he say he is...

Anyway sometimes I come across some profile that is fake. Or someone contact me with a BTC scam... Whatever the reason. I don't see a way to report this person/profile. But I think the keybase way to do it. Would be to sign the profile as untrustworthy.

Of course it becomes a reputation game. And there is a risk that a crowd could rally against someone. But are we there yet?

Also I may not want my identity to be public along with that negative notes on his profile. That puts me at risk. Maybe just display a count of signed report by trusted individuals.

So this profile A is signed as trustworthy by X1 trusted profile. X2 unknown profiles. And reported by X3 trusted profiles and x4 unknown profile. That in turn can become a trust score
