Description
Keybase GUI Version: 4.1.0-20190612165948+952fee6c59 + macOSX
Hi, my KBFS is getting really huge (about 60GB) right now. Is there any way to leave the synced file in the remote storage and delete them locally?

Research direction
Start by tracing the KBFS sync and storage behavior on macOS, focusing on how local files are retained while remote storage is available. Determine the supported scope for removing local copies without losing remote data; done means a documented or implemented way to reduce local KBFS disk usage safely.
