Permission denied when accessing /keybase/ folder.

I am new to using Keybase. I used is as chat before. Today I decided to use files and discovered that I cannot access `/keybase/` folder.

The folder is there when I run `ls /`

But when I try to see what's inside or `cd` into it, it says `Permission denied`.

What do I do to fix this?
