Description
What I did
Used the built in gif feature in the Android Google keyboard. I selected a gif while in a chat conversation with a friend.
What happened
The keybase file selector opened as if it was wanting to save the file somewhere.
What I expected to happen
The gif to be inserted directly into my chat conversation.
Why did I expect this
Most chat applications behave this way. Some examples are Hangouts and Slack.

Research direction
Reproduce this on Android with the standard Google keyboard by selecting a GIF in a chat conversation. Start by tracing the Android chat attachment and file-selector handling; done means the selected GIF is inserted directly into the conversation instead of opening a save dialog.
