Description

It would be nice if there was the ability within the keybase app (browser or desktop) to directly pgp sign another pgp key. I figured this would already be a feature within Keybase honestly, but it seems it isn't. I believe this is a feature that would greatly enhance Keybase's abilities and popularity. Please do it :)

Research direction

The request targets direct PGP key signing in the Keybase browser or desktop app, but names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating the app's existing PGP and key-management flows, then define the signing workflow and its security behavior. Done means users can sign another PGP key directly in the supported app interface.
