Embeds not displaying, images not sending nor displaying(only on desktop)

Description
The first time this happened(few weeks ago) it lasted like 1 day and then it somehow fixed itself. It happened again today. I uninstalled Keybase and removed its files in %APPDATA%, reinstalled and made a new device. The issue still remains. Any help would be appreciated.
**Received images:**
Downloading doesn't work.
**Sending images:**
The upload progress flickers from beginning to end. While that's 'uploading' i can't send any messages they fail to send.
