Added new phone by paper key; wasn't prompted for device type. CLI.

Using Keybase 4.0.0 with Termux, so I completely understand that some strangeness is to be expected.

That said, when I tried to add the device using my desktop, it asked what type of device I was adding. For whatever reason this didn't work (Keybase did nothing after inputting the codes). This was not the first time I've done this (this is my fourth device) and this hasn't happened before.

I didn't really try to fix that problem though since I have paper keys. But when I used the paper key it never asked what type of device I was using.

I'm not entirely sure it matters, but I thought I should (1) report that this happened, (2) make sure that it doesn't matter, and (3) potentially try to "fix" this.

Start with the CLI paper-key device-enrollment flow described in the report and reproduce it under Termux, comparing it with desktop enrollment. Determine whether device type is required or should be inferred, then verify the behavior with a repeatable enrollment test; the issue names no files or existing tests.
