Flip failure to send and trying again easily results to spam


I ran `/flip` and it failed to send, so I tried again and as clicking it once did nothing (and didn't even tell me I tried again), I clicked it again and flipped several times.

The previous time this happened in a private chat, I sent maybe ten flips and had an error on ratelimiting (or similar, I don't remember).

Trace where the failed send and retry are handled; done means a failed attempt gives feedback, retrying is easy, and repeated clicks do not send duplicate flips or trigger avoidable rate limiting.
