keybase android

I installed keybase on pc with ubuntu linux and everything is ok. On the phone I downloaded and installed the version that is now on the playstore (version 4.0.1) on an oneplus 6. for a while it went but a few days ago it stopped going and gave me this error "there was an error provisioning Device provisionedfailed because this device went offline. Please check your network connection and try again ".
Obviously only keybase is offline and any other app works perfectly with the internet.
I tried to delete cache, data, uninstall, revoke, create a new user always with this result. what can I try to do? thank you
