Description
I am running `Keybase GUI Version: 4.0.0-20190508150240+6614a49937` on Ubuntu 19.04
When somebody send me an attachment in a chat, I am unable to download it.
It consistently fails with the message
`Failed to download attachment, please retry`
This is apparently a client issue, as the download works from CLI with
```
keybase chat download [-o filename]
```
