Bug: Android: Jumps to the end of the chat when reactions panel is opened and closed

On the Keybase Android app, when one has opened the reactions panel for a certain message and when it's closed, I would expect the user to be back to the same position of that chat screen. Instead, the far end (latest) messages of the chat screen loads. The previous position is not remembered.

Start by reproducing the issue in the Keybase Android chat screen: open the reactions panel for a message, close it, and compare the scroll position before and after. Review issue #10256 for related behavior; done means closing the panel returns the user to the same chat position instead of the latest messages.
