Chat message status

Is there a way to have a message status in chat?
I have a very poor mobile network and I would need a better vision about status.
what about:
- to be sent: message in the sending queue (while offline for exemple)
- sending: uploading message
- sent: message stored on keybase server and notification send
- delivered: message downloaded on client
- read: message displayed
