several issues with uploading/downloading files (chat and files folder)

both the windows and android clients use hardcoded download paths for the files downloaded from chat which is really annoying.
not to mention that the download locations are just plain wrong. the files are saved to the SYSTEM DEFAULT downloads folder on windows and ignores the fact that this could have been moved to a different location causing confusion because the files appear to just not be there when checking the regular download folder.
and the android client downloads to [internal storage]\DCIM which is just as wrong.
when do you guys implement an option to manually change the download path? or just add a normal "save file to..." dialog like EVERY OTHER program does...

and please add the option to upload and download ALL file types with the mobile client. recently i got a pdf file via email and wanted to share that in one of my teams using the mobile client. i could not do that because there is just no option to either add a file to the chat or the team files that is neither a picture or a video

i dont know who of the dev team is responsible for this part of the software but please fix this behaviour asap. thanks in advance and keep up the good work

Done requires an agreed way to choose download destinations and support uploading and downloading non-image, non-video files.
