Description
I don't seem to be able to copy a URL from a chat session easily.
As a Mac user, I am used to being able to control-click (or something - my muscle memory won't reveal to my conscious self with confidence which gesture exactly is the one which usually works) to copy the URL under the cursor to the clipboard.
Unfortunately, this doesn't seem to work in the Keybase client - when I control-click on a URL, I get a "copy" tooltip which however only copies the text exactly under the cursor. To capture a URL, I have to select it by painting over it, which is somewhat tedious and error-prone especially with small fonts.
I realize this request may impose cross-platform challenges if the conventional gestures differ between platforms.

Research direction
No file, test, or entry point is named. Start by locating the chat client's URL interaction handling and checking how control-click is processed on macOS, then compare copy behavior across supported platforms. Done means a URL under the pointer can be copied directly without text selection, with platform behavior addressed.
