Description
The browser plugin adds very little value as it stands. It would be great if it visually differentiated between users who already had a keybase account linked to their ID on a given platform. At the least, maybe use grey or something for the chat button if the user isn't on keybase.

Better still a little icon/emblem next to occurences of usernames of verified IDs when in a feed (or anywhere the username comes up) like obosob
. Think like twitter/youtube's verified checkmark, but third party.

Research direction
Start by locating the browser plugin code that renders chat buttons and usernames, then trace how linked Keybase identities are exposed. Decide on a single visual treatment for unavailable users and an indicator for verified IDs, and confirm the result in the plugin's existing UI tests if present.
