Description

Hi, I work in a corporate environment on a PC and am having trouble starting Keybase desktop. When I try to login it says:

"There was an error provisioning. Device provisioning failed because this device went offline. Please check your network connection and try again."

What should I ask IT to do?

Thanks!

Research direction

Start by reproducing the Keybase desktop login failure in a corporate network and tracing the device provisioning error. Done means identifying the network or client condition that causes the device to go offline and documenting what the user should ask IT to change.
