Description
Hi Keybase team,
First off, thanks for your hard work. I love keybase.
A few days ago, I added a new device. When I did, I revoked a few others. For days now, I have seen the icon in my toolbar with the orange dot notification indicator on, and checked for messages or something to be notified about.
When I click, the menu had an orange badge on devices to tell me there had been activity. I clicked on devices menu item to view this, and then clicked on the revoked devices a few hundred times trying to get it to clear but it persisted to . I've experienced this problem with other things in the keybase client before, to much frustration.
What DID work, and seems not intuitive (to me), is that I can clear them (one at a time which also seems perplexing to me) by selecting some other option in the side bar, then clicking devices for a second time, and repeating for the number of events that happened. This to me is not an intuitive UX. I think clearing all of that subject's notifications once someone lands on that view would be much better.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the persistent notification behavior after viewing revoked devices, including the sidebar navigation steps described in the report. Trace the notification handling for the Devices view; done means viewing the subject clears all related notifications without requiring repeated navigation or one-at-a-time actions.
