Description
I was checking out the new Stellaris/Lumens integrated features, and tried to set an inflation destination, and got this error in red text.
ERROR CODE 218 - account does not exist on the network because it does not have minimum balance (tx_no_source_account) in method stellar.1.local.setInflationDestinationLocal
I assume that because my wallet is empty, I don't have voting rights. Which is fine, but there's probably a user-friendlier way to let them know.
Edit: This is on the Mac/OSX app.

Research direction
Start with the Mac/OSX app's inflation-destination flow and reproduce the red ERROR CODE 218 message using an empty wallet. Trace where the displayed error is surfaced and define completion as a user-friendly explanation of why voting is unavailable, with coverage for this case if the project has a relevant test.
