Show URLs when hovering over view proof links

With the client tool, in my case:

Version: 3.0.0-20190205202117.6394d03e6c

... when you hover over the "View proof" link, you cannot see where that link will go, does the "Revoke" option go to a URL as well????? We can't tell without clicking on either and then waiting to see what the browser shows in the former and I guess the same with the latter.

Why not have an optional (if it must be optional) status bar that shows the link as you hover over it, just like a normal web browser will show?

The issue names the “View proof” and “Revoke” links in the client UI but no files or tests. Start by locating the views that render those links and checking existing hover or status-bar behavior. Done means the destination URL is visible on hover without opening either link.
