Description
I have the Ubu client 3.0.0-20190125162145.5b9b6acf43 installed. The changes to the Emoji UI in chat can cause issues overlaying information and potentially causing miss-clicks. Screenshot showing Emoji reactions overlaying a link one may rather click on.
Suggestion would be to put the overlay by the username perhaps? Look at latest slack app layout (since it seems to be requested as per that platform).

Research direction
Start by reproducing the issue in the chat Emoji UI and compare the overlay placement with the linked screenshot. Trace the message reaction rendering and verify that reaction controls no longer cover links or other message content, preventing accidental clicks.
