Very/unusable slow on Nokia 1 (Android Go Edition)

When I open Keybase app, it takes around 40 seconds (I counted in my head) to get to the main screen and switching to different tabs or opening menus doesn't seem that much faster.

Possibly related issues:
* https://github.com/keybase/client/issues/7826 - High CPU usage (I don't know how to check CPU usage and my phone doesn't get hot or I close it before it has time to get hot)
* https://github.com/keybase/client/issues/9698 Huge log files (Android Go devices are cheap, low-end and this one has only 8 GB internal storage, which also gets used by the OS)

* Nokia 1 (TA-1047)
* Android 8.1.0 (Oreo Go Edition)
* Security patch level: 2018-11-01

Start by reproducing the delay on the Nokia 1 running Android 8.1.0 Go Edition, measuring launch time and tab or menu transitions.
