Description
I had the misfortune to log out. Then I couldn't log in after that, repeatedly, with the same message: "login failed after passphrase verified". I left Keybase alone for a few days, but after nothing improved, I decided to deauthorise the machine and try to re-add it again.
This time, keybase didn't even start for no obvious reason, though the service did in fact log in. After mucking through the mess with the systemd services involved, I determined that it's probably having problems with kbfs (I can't imagine why) and after issuing keybase config set mountdir ... it finally booted up the GUI. Yay!
Then I logged out again and now I can't log in, again. Same symptoms.

Research direction
Start with the login failure described as occurring after passphrase verification, using log ID 01fddda8731cc2adea649f1c. Review the interaction with the systemd services, KBFS, and the configured mount directory; done means the repeated post-verification login failure is explained and reproducibly resolved.
