Can't add users to channel in team

Every time I try to add a user to one of our channels in our team, dctrlvan, I'm given a list of users to add but they are all greyed out saying "user is already in team". Well I clearly know that, this is me trying to add them to a specific channel in the chat.

The picture is the menu I'm given. Where I'm supposed to add users, it says "dctrlvan" and there's 25 members. There are over 40 members in dctrlvan. I think it's showing me the amount of members in that specific channel but saying I'll be adding specifically to the team dctrlvan for some reason. I am one of the owners of the team. It's creating a lot of friction for us.


Start by reproducing the channel-member flow described in the issue, using the screenshot and the dctrlvan team with its differing team and channel member counts. Done means owners can add existing team members to a specific channel, and the dialog identifies the channel rather than presenting those users as already in the team.
