Description

I signed up years ago when keybase was new, verifying with my twitter account. Sadly my keyboard sticks, so the email address I entered is missing one character.

At the time I contacted the founder to see about fixing it but did not receive a response. So I abandoned my interest and have been unable to use keybase ever since.

I would like to try again. It seems I cannot change the wrong email address and cannot recover a password. Can I create a new one with the same identity?

Research direction

No files, tests, or code entry points are mentioned. First clarify the supported recovery path for an account with an incorrect email and whether the existing identity can be reused; done means the account owner has a confirmed resolution.
