Is there a way to revoke a device in such a way that the name can be reused?

Description
I installed the GUI version of Keybase on my tablet before realizing that 1) app-store Git programs can't make use of KBFS and 2) there is a Termux pkg for exactly what I need. However, the two are very much separate it seems (which is reason considering how Termux works). From looking around, it seems that revoking the device would make it so I can't use that name again. Is there some way around this since I'm not revoking it for security reasons?
