Description
Apparently one of my teams has a channel with no name (appears as just # in the channel list).
Clicking on that results in 💥 Error: Got policy of type 'inherit' without an inheritable parent policy
my log id: f12201439a4eafecfee6511c

Research direction
Start by reproducing the crash from the team channel list using a channel with no name, using log ID f12201439a4eafecfee6511c to correlate the failure. Trace the source of the "inherit" policy error and verify that viewing unnamed channels no longer crashes while normal channels still open.
