"This conversation is waiting for a participant to open their Keybase app."

I've got a stuck message on Keybase Chat. Apparently, the other party never followed up or even has the Keybase app installed. There are no means on my end, to delete / remove a chat session. The problem with this is, that the notification badge is stuck also, which renders the entire chat functionality useless for me.

Is there any chance to clear the session on the server side? My Keybase username is https://keybase.io/ralf and the other end is https://keybase.io/assafvig.

Otherwise, the client should really get functionality to delete pending chat sessions.

Start by reproducing the pending Keybase Chat conversation and checking whether the stuck notification badge persists when the other participant has not opened the app. Trace the pending-session behavior on the client and server side; done means the session can be cleared or removed and the badge no longer remains stuck.
