Adding someone to channel

Description
When I go to add someone by username a window comes up for each keybase or recommendations. Clicking on recommendations does not let me click the add button at the bottom middle of window. I can by pass this by typing in the 'search keybase' but when I go to add them it tells me "error adding 'X': user 'X' is already a member of team 'Y', which is true but they are not in the sub channel and I can not get them added.
