Keybase prompts to "Enable Keybase in Explorer" when it is already enabled in Explorer (Dokan driver is already up-to-date)

The Windows client (on Windows 10 Pro 1803) prompts to "Enable Keybase in Explorer". However, I can already access my KBFS files in Explorer (there's a "drive" assigned) and it works properly, as the correct version of the Dokan library/subsystem required by Keybase is already installed in the system.

If I go ahead and click "Enable Keybase in Explorer" the installation fails because the library is already there. Can we get Keybase to recognize that the Explorer integration is already functional and not display the prompts/icons?

Reproduce the prompt on Windows 10 with Keybase GUI 2.5.1 and an already-installed, working Dokan integration. Start by tracing the Windows Explorer integration's Dokan detection and enable flow. Done means an existing functional integration is recognized, the enable prompt and related icons are not shown, and clicking enable does not fail because Dokan is already installed.
