app doesn't update profile pic.

As the app says it is supposed to take the picture from github or twitter proofing but doesn't do so. Maybe the problem is that i verified before having a github profile pic. Ez fix is to change the picture on the keybase website.

Start by checking the profile-picture update path after GitHub or Twitter verification and compare it with changing the picture on the Keybase website. Reproduce the case where verification happened before a GitHub profile picture existed; done means the app reflects the current verified profile picture without requiring a manual website change.
